The location near the main train station was ideal for our travel plans. Comfortable rooms with a spacious layout. The sink drainage issue was frustrating, and the lack of a do-not-disturb sign resulted in unexpected interruptions. The executive suite felt misleadingly small for a premium room. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were significant shortcomings.

Had a real good stay on vacation, it exceeded high expectations. I liked the generous breakfast served for all tastes. The hotel had indeed an ideal location once to the Eiffel Tower which is great because you get off at Tocadero which is where the great view from the platform is. It was also very close to Next to train station, and police station😃👍

Comfortable and strategic location, the hotel was steps away from a train station. The room I booked was been renovated to a modern feel and available for drinks & a good quality breakfast. The employees were so incredibly helpful and well-trained all the time.

The location is perfect for exploring Paris, and our kids loved the live music on Saturdays in the Grand Salon. The staff made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout.
For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic location. Rooms can feel small and noise from the street is noticeable, especially from the trains nearby. Service was good, but the executive lounge was a letdown.

Perfect spot for exploring Paris!
Stayed for 4 nights and loved the location! Right by the Saint-Lazare station, so getting around was super easy. The breakfast was a highlight with tons of options, especially all those jams! Just wish housekeeping was more consistent with the coffee supplies.

This hotel gives great service. Due to circumstances we could not stay in the hotel the first night. We were informed about that correctly and they arranged another nearby, good hotel for us for that night. Furthermore we were upgraded for the rest of our stay at Concorde Opera.

A Charming Stay in the Heart of Paris!
My family and I enjoyed our 2-night getaway. The breakfast spread was good, especially the mini croissants! We loved the excellent architecture of the common areas. Skipping the bar rush hour allowed for a peaceful experience. Pro tip, visit the lounge during quieter times!
